Workshops

One-to-One

Most photography workshops teach you what to shoot.

This one asks a different question: why do you shoot, and what are you actually trying to say?

Working alongside me on location in London, we'll spend the day building images together — finding the light, reading the street, making decisions about what belongs in a frame and what doesn't. The technical is part of it, but the deeper work is learning to recognise your own instincts and act on them.

My practice is built around a single idea: that the most powerful images aren't records of what happened — they're an invitation. The viewer steps in and finds something of themselves there. That's what we'll be working towards. Not images that document. Images that mean something.

The day

Workshops take place on location across London. The location, timing, and focus are shaped around what you want from the day — urban architecture, figures in the city, light and atmosphere, finding a body of work within a single shoot.

Half day — 4 hours. One location, focused and unhurried. Full day — 6 hours. Broader scope, more ground, deeper work.

Both are one-to-one. Both are built around you.

What you'll take away

A set of images from the day. A clearer sense of your photographic voice. And a way of looking at a scene that stays with you after the camera is put down.

Pricing

Half day — £400 | Full day — £600
